En Marcha el Ensayo Clínico de FASE III  Aleatorizado, Abierto y Paralelo Para Evaluar la Eficacia y Seguridad de LY01610 Versus TOPOTECAN en el Tratamiento de SEGUNDA LÍNEA de Pacientes con SCLC RECURRENTE Que Fueron Diagnosticados Mediante Histopatología y/o Citología y Tuvieron Progresión de la Enfermedad Después del Primer Tratamiento . Línea de Quimioterapia Basada en PLATINO, Para Realizar un Estudio de Farmacocinética Poblacional (PopPk) y Para Explorar el Efecto de los Polimorfismos Genéticos Sobre las Propiedades Farmacocinéticas , la Eficacia y la Seguridad de este Producto .
