Las acciones de PharmaMar repuntaron ayer un 1,62% después de que la compañía revelase que solicitará a la FDA americana el cambio del objetivo primario en el ensayo de fase III de su fármaco Zepsyre para casos de cáncer de pulmón microcítico. La compañía pide modificar el objetivo del fármaco, que pasaría de ser de supervivencia libre de progresión a supervivencia global, después de que los estudios de fase II con lurbinectedina revelasen una supervivencia global de 11,8 meses.
